To create a partnership between the Department of Veterans' Services and the Office of Labor and Workforce Development for administration of federally funded employment grants

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2D, in item 7002-6629, in line 2, by inserting after the word "Program" the following words:-

"; provided, that the department collaborate with the department of veterans' services in the administration of this program"
