Youth Substance Abuse/New Beginnings

Representatives Dykema of Holliston, Sannicandro of Ashland, Linsky of Natick, Garlick of Needham, Atkins of Concord, Gordon of Bedford, Lawn of Watertown, Forry of Boston, Fernandes of Milford, Ferrante of Gloucester and Devers of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting after “in fiscal year 2013;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program that targets youth at risk and in recovery in collaboration with school districts;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$83,696,690” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$83,846,690”.
