Matching Grant Programs in Dorchester

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, by inserting after “commonwealth;” in line 3, the following: provided further, that no less than $125,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Enrichment Center located in Dorchester; provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Neighborhood Health Center located in Dorchester;
