Amendment #790 to H3400

Relative to DTA reporting

Mrs. O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend House Bill 3400 by striking out section 16 and inserting in place thereof the following section: “SECTION 16. Section 10 of said chapter 18, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “court”, in line 2, the words:- house and senate committees on ways and means.”
