Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0700 by inserting after “stream restoration and public safety;” the following: “provided further that not more than $100,000 shall be expended for maintenance and repairs of dams located in the town of Hopkinton; ” and in said item by striking out the figures “$305,472” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$405,472”.
