Amendment #816 to H3400

The RIDE

Representatives Provost of Somerville, Sciortino of Medford, Calter of Kingston and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) shall by the beginning of July 1, 2015, have contracted with taxi services to provide sedan services for The Ride patrons in the communities of Arlington, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Newton, & Revere; the remain of The Ride area shall have taxi services under contract for sedan services by July 1, 2016.
