School participation verification

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Fattman of Sutton and Kuros of Uxbridge move to amend House Bill 3400 in section 88, in line 1310, by inserting after the word “attendance” the words: “; provided that, in accordance with the regulations of the department, the grantee shall be put on probation and benefits shall be suspended for six months, or until the grantee provides proof that the child is regularly attending school."
