Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7100-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following “Provided further that 1,000,000 of the funding intended for the University of Massachusetts Medical School be allocated for the purposes of Multiple Sclerosis.”
