Amendment #828 to H3400

Relative to photos on EBT cards

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Fattman of Sutton and Kuros of Uxbridge move to amend House Bill 3400 in section 15, in line 147, by inserting after the word “older” the words: “;provided that said electronic transfer benefits cards shall have a photo of the cardholder by January 1, 2014.”
