Representatives Markey of Dartmouth, Gobi of Spencer, Schmid of Westport, Dykema of Holliston, Straus of Mattapoisett, Mark of Peru, Koczera of New Bedford, Finn of West Springfield, Ferrante of Gloucester, Cariddi of North Adams, Andrews of Orange, Benson of Lunenburg, Cantwell of Marshfield, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Orrall of Lakeville, Gifford of Wareham, Hogan of Stow, Pignatelli of Lenox, Kocot of Northampton, Walsh of Framingham, Madden of Nantucket, Smizik of Brookline, Cabral of New Bedford, Conroy of Wayland, Ashe of Longmeadow, Khan of Newton, Scibak of South Hadley, Garry of Dracut, Boldyga of Southwick, Cutler of Duxbury and Nyman of Hanover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, in line 9, by inserting after “department” the following: “; provided that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to enhance the buy local effort in western, central, northeastern and southern Massachusetts”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,681,135” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,981,135”.
