Amendment #850 to H3400

Invasive Aquatic Plant Maintenance on the Charles River in Auburndale

Representatives Khan of Newton, Balser of Newton, Lawn of Watertown, Stanley of Waltham and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2810-2041, in line 21, by inserting after "rinks at an amount not less than $1,000,000;"  the following: " (v) provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the costs associated with the management of aquatic non-native plants in the Charles River lakes district, including treatment and monitoring"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$14,141,673" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$14,341,673".
