Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 3, in line 30 by striking out the following: “distribution below” and inserting in place thereof the following: “language of this section”; and in lines 31, 32, 33 by striking out in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following: "The department of elementary and secondary education shall consider healthcare costsfor retired teachers to be part of net school spending."
