Amendment #874 to H3400

Chapter 70 Funding

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Sannicandro of Ashland, Cutler of Duxbury, Garlick of Needham, Cantwell of Marshfield, Hecht of Watertown and Mannal of Barnstable move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-0008,  by striking out the figures "$4,280,637,005" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,323,767,523"; and in section 3, in paragraph 3 by striking out the figure "15" and inserting in place thereof the figure "30".

And further amend section 3 by striking in its entirety the sentence: “If there is a conflict between the language of this section and the distribution listed below, the distribution below shall control.”
