Amendment #886 to H3400

An Amendment Relative to Municipal Ballots

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill by adding the following two sections:

SECTION XXXX. Section 3 of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “or state,” in line 84, the following words:- or municipal.

SECTION XXXX.  Section 3 of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “or state,” in line 91, the following words: - or municipal.
