Mr. Collins of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 4800-0041, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided, that no less than $50,000 shall be appropriated to South Boston en Acción (SBEA) for the implementation of leadership development training; ESOL and basic computer skills instruction; member-led programming such as walking groups and bike repair clinics; and quarterly community meetings” and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure “$207,967,991” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “208,967,991”
