Amendment #97 to H3400

Julie's Family Learning Program

Mr. Collins of Boston moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting after the word “programs”, in line 11, the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $130,000 shall be expended for a contract with Julie’s Family Learning Program in the South Boston section of the city of Boston”; and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure “$250,114,828” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$ 250,244,828".
