Further Amendment(s) Consolidated Amendment "C" to H3400

Mr. Dempsey of Haverhill moves to amend consolidated amendment “C” in item 2200-0100 by inserting after the words “town of Swampscott” the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be provided for Brownfield redevelopment in the city of Lynn” and by striking the figure “28,014,269” and inserting in place thereof the figure “28,104,269”

And further amend the proposed amendment in item 2310-0200 by striking the figure “10,640,172” and inserting in place thereof the figure “10,840,172”

And further amend the proposed amendment in item 2330-0100 by striking the figure “250,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “425,000” and by inserting after the words “Fishery Management Council” the following: - “ , not less than $75,000 of which shall be appropriated to the School for Marine Science and Technology at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth to develop a Sonar research proposal in conjunction with the Sonar Project”

And further amend the proposed amendment in item 2511-0100 by inserting after the words “plan for the Commonwealth” the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be available to supplement existing larvicide control projects in Plymouth and Bristol counties” and by striking the figure “5,161,135” and inserting in place thereof the figure “5,361,135”

And further amend the proposed amendment in item 2810-0100 by striking the figure “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “200,000” and by striking the figure “41,701,239” and inserting in place thereof the figure “41,801,239”
