Mr. Walsh of Lynn moves to amend consolidated amendment “I” in line 4000-0300 by inserting, after the word “possible”, the second time it appears, the following:-

provided further, that in calculating rates of inpatient and outpatient services for neonatal intensive care units (NICU) with at least 55 licensed NICU beds within an acute hospital that has at least 109 pediatric intensive NICU licensed beds, the executive office shall make a supplemental payment of no more than $200,000;

and in item 4000-0700 by striking the figure “$2,158,899,061” and replacing it with the figure “$2,159,099,061”

and by striking the last full paragraph.
