Maintain Both the PCCP and MCO Plans for MassHealth Clients Eligible Pursuant to Subdivision (a)

Representatives Malia of Boston and Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill House Bill 3452 § 19 by further amending said subsection (2) of section 9A of chapter 118E by adding to subdivision (d) the following phrase after the word “establish”:- “provided further that such persons shall have managed care options that include the primary care clinician plan so long as the primary care clinician plan is an available managed care option for persons eligible pursuant to subdivision (a)”
