Inclusion of Primary Care Physician Plan among Managed Care Options

Mr. Brownsberger moves to amend the bill in section 19 in line 130 by adding the following phrase after the word “establish”:-  “provided further, that such persons shall have access to both MassHealth contracted managed care organizations and to the primary care clinician plan.”
