Group Purchasing Cooperative Cap

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following section:-

Section _.  Subsection (b) of Section 12 of said chapter 176J, as amended by section 179 of chapter 224 of the acts of 2012, is amended by striking the figure “6”, in lines 29 and 32, respectively, and inserting in place thereof the following:- “12”; and further by striking, in line 37, the figure “85,000” and inserting in place thereof:- “175,000”
