An Act relative to the financial condition of the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District

Mr. Brewer recommends that the bill be amended In said section 1, by inserting, after the word “revenue”, in line 4, the following words:- “, or a designee”;

In said section 1, by inserting after the word “finance”, in line 7, the following words:- “, or a designee;

In section 2, by striking out, in lines 8 and 9, the words “or regional school district agreement”;

In section 3, by striking out, in lines 28 and 29, the words “or regional school district agreement”;

In section 6, by striking out, in lines 86 and 87, the words “or regional school district agreement”;

In section 7, by striking out, in line 123 and 124, the words “or a single justice of the supreme judicial court”;

In section 8, by striking out, in line 142, the words “or regional school district agreement”; and

In section 9, by striking out the words “on June 30, 2013, or such earlier date as may be recommended by the commissioner and the director” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “on or before June 30, 2013 for fiscal year 2013, as may be recommended by the commissioner and the director”.
