Senator Hedlund amendment

Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the bill in section 4, by striking out, in line 260, the word “(c)” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “(a)”; and

in said section 4, by striking out, in line 267 and 268, the words “or subsection (c)”.
