Amendment #11 to H3492

AMENDMENT ADOPTING SMALL HOUSING MOVEMENT FOR PUBLIC HOUSING IN MASSACHUSETTS

Representatives Winslow of Norfolk and Gifford of Wareham moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 10, by inserting after the word “funds” the following:-

“; and further provided, that no newly constructed housing funded in whole or in part by this act shall exceed gross floor area per dwelling of 400 square feet for apartments or 600 square feet for single family homes for any dwelling which is to be occupied by no more than two persons”.
