Sect 11 Chapt 238 change

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill Section X. Section 63 of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in section 11 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended in paragraph (a) by striking out the words ".25 miles" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- .5 miles.
