Milton Senior Housing

Mr. Timilty of Milton moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX.  All senior housing, in The Town of Milton, shall be considered low or moderate income housing for the purposes of Section 20 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws.
