Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill by adding the following section XX:

SECTION XX.  Section 20 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “year” in line 39 the following words:-

“, or (3) the application before the board would result in the commencement of construction of such housing on a site designated as a “tax increment financing zone” pursuant to section 59 of chapter 40 for which a TIF agreement has been executed and while said agreement is still in effect.”
