Expanding Public Housing

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill by adding the following section XX:

SECTION XX. Section 20 of chapter 40B, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 6 through 9, the words “to assist the construction of low or moderate income housing as defined in the applicable federal or state statute, whether built or operated by any public agency or any nonprofit or limited dividend organization.”
