Amendment #6 to H3492

Technical Correction

Mr. Toomey of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:  SECTION XX. Item 6121-1217 of section 2A of chapter 242 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 198 and line 119, the words “train with rail in the Grand Junction corridor” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- rail trail in the Grand Junction corridor.
