Amendment #11 to H3514

Child Safety

Representatives Rogers of Norwood, Kafka of Stoughton and McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end, the following:

SECTION  XX.   Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended in section 2 in item 7008-0900 by inserting after the words "that no less than $30,000 shall be expended for a child safety grant in the town of Saugus" the following:-  ;provided further, that no less than $75,000 shall be expended for a child safety grant in the town of Walpole.
