Amendment #14 to H3514

An Act relative to Sheriffs

Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

SECTION___.  Section 2 of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012, as most recently amended by section 13 of Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby amended in item 8910-7110 by striking the figure, “$344,790”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$372,790”.
