Amendment #25 to H3514

Feasibility study for a regional lock-up facility for Worcester County

Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Smola of Palmer and Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill by adding, at the end thereof, the following section:

“SECTION XX. $750,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study for a regional lock-up facility for Worcester County. This section shall take effect upon passage”.
