Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end of Section 10 after the words “over the age of 18” the following: “and who is a recipient suspected of trafficking of electronic benefits cards or other suspected criminal activity involving fraud and misuse of public benefits.”

And by inserting at the end of Section 63 after the word “cardholder” the following: “in instances of recipients suspected of trafficking of electronic benefits cards or other suspected criminal activity involving fraud and misuse of public benefits.”
