Amendment #45 to H3514

An Amendment to Bring the Practices of the Department of Revenue In-Line with the Standards of the Department of Transitional Assistance

Representatives Lyons of Andover and Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION XX. The Commissioner of the Department of Revenue is instructed to suspend interest and penalties to any and all taxes for 90 days from the original date due date.
