An Act to prevent the appointment of expert witnesses and guardians ad litem with financial conflicts of interest

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 1 of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in subsection q, in line 121, after the word “council” the following words:-

, and further including court-appointed expert witnesses and guardians ad litem”
