An Act relative to portable electronics insurance

[Sponsors] recommends that the bill be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 1, the words “SECTION 1” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “SECTION 1. Section 162W of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word “162X” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 162Y.

in section 2, by striking out, in line 176, the figure “2” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “3”.
