Gas Tax Fiscal Impact Study

Messrs. Tarr, Hedlund and Ross moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new Section:-

SECTION__.  The provisions of sections 43 and 44 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2013 shall not take effect until such time as the commissioner of the department of revenue and the secretary of housing and economic development have completed and submitted to the clerks of the house and senate and the members of the house and senate committees on ways and means a dynamic analysis of the economic impact of raising the gas tax and tying future increases to the Consumer Price Index
