Senator Donnelly amendment

Mr. Donnelly moves to amend the bill in section 3, by striking out the last sentence; and

in section 4, by striking out, in line 23, the words “sections 12 and 77 of chapter 138 of the General Laws” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “any general or special law to the contrary”.
