An Amendment relative to tobacco prevention and cessation

Mr. Sánchez moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: -

SECTION XX.  Item 4590-0300 in section 2 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by striking out the figures “3,972,621” and inserting in place thereof the figures “6,972,621”.
