Amendment #23 to H3700

An Act Relative to the inspection of certain motor vehicles

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XX Section 7A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- The rules and regulations promulgated by the registrar pursuant to this section shall provide that a duel wheel pickup truck which is used solely for private purposes shall be inspected as a noncommercial vehicle.
