Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2C, in line item 2810-0100, by striking out the figure “350,000” and inserting in place thereof the following :  “provided, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended for the restoration and repair of the Speaker John F. Thompson Center located in the Hyde Park section of the city of Boston.................................$550,000”
