Underground Storage Tank Remediation

Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough and Conroy of Wayland moves to amend the bill in SECTION 2C.I. by inserting the following item:

xxxx-xxxx:  For the financial reimbursement to the owners of the surrounding property on Bolton Street in Marlborough who have sustained damage due to the negligent release of petroleum from an underground storage tank leak during April of 2012.  Said funds shall be paid from the fund enumerated in Chapter 21J of the General Laws and shall be used for remediation, personal expenses, loss of property value, and pain and suffering………………………………………………………………………..$750,000
