Election Day Holiday

Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “October”, in line 92, the following words:- , the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November in any year in which presidential electors are to be elected.”
