Amendment #16 to H3772

relative to online voting

Mrs. O'Connell moves to amend the bill by inserting after the word “voter”, in line 17, the following:-

“Any person who has registered to vote online shall be required to initially present a suitable identification showing their name and current address, as determined by the office of the secretary of state.  Names of voters that have registered online shall be designated on the voter list with the letter “O”.
