Reconstruction of Route 31 in the town of Spencer

Representatives Durant of Spencer and Gobi of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line 200, by inserting after “Bedford” the following: “and provided further, that $11,000,000 shall be expended for the reconstruction of Route 31 in the town of Spencer from a point approximately three quarter mile south of Route 9 to the Charlton town line"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,978,603,273” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,989,603,273”.
