Amendment #10 to H3860

Route 1

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $700,000 shall be expended to replace or restore the historic ironwork railings on Route 1 at High, Winter, Washington and Summer Streets in the city of Newburyport.”
