Amendment #104 to H3860

North St. Intersection Southbridge

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design and reconstruction of the intersection at North St. and Foster St. in the town of Southbridge."
