Amendment #11 to H3860

Merrimack River Water Shuttle

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that $75,000 shall be expended for the study and planning for the Merrimack River water shuttle in conjunction with the executive office of energy and environmental affairs for the cities of Newburyport and Amesbury, and town of Salisbury.”
