Land Purchase for Completion of the Route 57 Highway Corridor

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXX Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hereby authorized

to purchase the parcel of land for the proposed Phase II of the Route 57 project located in Agawam.
