An amendment to finance the relocation of the MassDOT District 3 Highway office

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, Line Item 6121-1317 by inserting at the end of the paragraph the following: "and provided further that not more than $20,000,000 shall be expended for design, construction and other related costs necessary to relocate the MassDOT Highway District 3 office from its current site to another suitable location" and striking the following figure "$4,366,755,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$4,386,755,000"
